Still Using Google Adsense?

I am wondering (aloud I guess) how many people are still using Google Adsense. I don’t mean those folks who have 100,000 sites built for Adsense that are basically trash, but never the less optimized to get the most Adsense bucks. No, I mean the folks who have a decent website that gets decent traffic and Adsense is simply another way to make an extra buck or two. The reason I ask is because my Adsense has been getting lower and lower for a while now. Sure, I can play with placement, keywords, etc and see a bit of a difference. But, it is happening on more than one site and I think it is happening to a lot more people than just me. I tried some of the other networks like Yahoo or Chitika but they are even worse in my opinion. So, I started using cost per action models such as Azoogle or CPAEmpire. I have seen much better results, and so I think I am going to roll out more of these types of ads across my sites. If you are already using them, or have something to say, just post a comment.

It is a program that you run from your desktop and simply enter in the affiliate link and the landing page. So far I really like Ninja Link Cloaker, and it is scheduled to be released in June for everyone. If you are looking for a simple link cloaker, then you will like this one.

San Diego Real Estate

I know this is quite off topic, but I was talking with someone about living in California the other day, and he said he was thinking about San Diego. Well, like most people I always thought of San Diego as a resort city, a place to vacation or spend the summer and visit the zoo. But there is actually a lot going on in San Diego. I was reading an informative site about San Diego Real Estate that has a lot of info on the city itself. A great example is the fact that they are the West Coast HQ for Naval Defense. They also have quite a few universities, so you can get an education while enjoying the fun in the sun. I am not sure what the average price of homes is in San Diego, but it seems like a great place to live. I think compared to other markets, the real estate market in San Diego is still affordable enough for families to have a nice home without spending millions. I did a quick search of the MLS using the same site and found a few places I personally like. No, I am not moving to San Diego, but you know I have always wondered what it would be like to live in California, so maybe I’ll think it over. After all, with my home business I can live anywhere I want, so why not sunny San Diego!

If you’re interested, here is a great place to learn about Real Estate in San Diego. The site features excellent resources for people interested in buying real estate or learning more about living in San Diego. They also have some tools such as seeing what your house is worth, viewing the entire San Diego MLS, and checking out the community as a whole. If you are looking to move to California, San Diego gets my vote.
