Instant PopOver 3.0

I have now reviewed a new product called Instant PopOver from Matt Callen. The software does exactly what it says it will do, and although he is still working on the training videos, it pretty easy to use once you play with it a bit. I have some sites that need some updating to the optin forms and popup windows, and this will make doing that much easier.
